Shortly after you place an order you should receive an email confirmation of your order to the email address you provided (please check spam, promotions, junk and any other applicable in-boxes). We currently ship to Canada, US, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Please let us know if you are outside of these areas and are interested in our products (we are always looking to get Relume to those who want it)!

All orders will be shipped from the United States.

All orders are shipped via DHL, except express orders which are shipped using USPS.

Once we receive your order you should receive an email confirmation shortly after. Then once your order is shipped and a tracking number is generated you will receive a second email with the tracking information. Subject to a $3/item return fee, you are able to return unused or gently used items for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase. We do not cover the cost of returning your products and advise using a courier that provides tracking to ensure a hassle free return. Our products are tested on friends not animals.

All of our products except BRIGHT EYES are. BRIGHT EYES has beeswax in it. We are working on adding the certification to our products for the future.

We are working to make our products become a higher percentage of reused materials, but until then we are happy to provide our recycling guide. For more information please contact your local recycling depot for a clear understanding on what they accept and how to discard.

Product box packaging is FSC certified and can be recycled
